javascript - Anchor Tag Getting Lost on iPhone from one page to another

My client is using Safari on an iPhone and says that the anchor hyperlink is getting lost from one page to another

The site is sleeprlo.com password is sleepwell2022

Is this a common issue with IOS?

I am using this structure for the URL: https://sleeprlo.com/#sleeprlo-sleep-mask (https://sleeprlo.com/#sleeprlo-sleep-mask) and adding it as the full URL in the link for the button titled "Get a better night's sleep" in the navigation bar

So I'm not just adding the anchor #sleeprlo-sleep-mask I've added the FULL URL

For me it's working on all browsers but he says it doesn't transfer over at all he's just left with the base URL after clicking the button from a different page other than the page the anchor section is actually on
