How can I add an Amazon Site Stripe html image code so that it appears as a product featured image in Shopify

Amazon site stripe for affiliates only allows you to embed the image code when you want to use their images. Shopify only allows you to add a featured image by upload or url. I'm looking for a way to add the embedded code so it will display as a product featured image.
